From a young age, I’ve been drawn to the world of marketing. Throughout high school, I explored this passion by taking a range of marketing courses, including Intro to Marketing, Fashion Marketing, and Entrepreneurship, which laid a strong foundation for my interest in the field. What I’ve always admired about marketing is its versatility: it combines essential business knowledge with the opportunity to explore both creative and analytical paths. Whether it's bringing ideas to life through compelling content or diving into data and performance metrics, marketing offers a unique balance of strategy and expression. As social media quickly grew in popularity during my younger years, I became fascinated by its potential, not just for personal use, but as a powerful tool for brand storytelling and connection. I realized early on that I could merge my love for social media with a professional purpose, which only deepened my excitement for a career in this space.Majoring in marketing at James Madison University has been an incredible experience. The skills, insights, and hands-on opportunities I’ve gained have only strengthened my passion for the field, and I’m excited to carry that energy forward as I begin my journey as a marketer.
